Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil, also known as Grape Seed Oil, is a fixed oil obtained by pressing the seeds of the grape (Vitis vinifera L., Vitaceae), consisting primarily of glycerides of fatty acids. It is a light emollient plant oil derived from polyphenol-rich grape seeds. Its fatty acid profile is dominated by linoleic acid (approximately 55–77%) with oleic acid making up approximately 12–27%.
