Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil, also known as Grape Seed Oil, is a fixed oil obtained by pressing the seeds of the grape (Vitis vinifera L., Vitaceae), consisting primarily of glycerides of fatty acids. It is a light plant oil rich in polyphenols, with a fatty acid profile dominated by linoleic acid (approximately 55–77%) and oleic acid (approximately 12–27%). It also contains vitamin E.
