Trimethylsiloxysilicate

Trimethylsiloxysilicate is a solid silicone resin chemically described as silica, reaction products with trimethylsilane. It forms a permeable film over the skin when applied. It is used in makeup and sunscreen formulations to improve longevity and water resistance, and leaves a non-tacky finish upon drying.
