antioxidant● Benefits
Genistein, the most well-known isoflavone, is a potent antioxidant proven to inhibit UV-induced redness in human skin. Soy isoflavones are also thought to be beneficial when natural estrogen levels are low (e.g., during and after menopause), as low estrogen can cause skin thinning and collagen loss, which these compounds may help address.
