Polyquaternium-10

Polyquaternium-10 is a cellulose-derived cationic polymer (a large molecule made of many repeating units) with CAS numbers including 81859-24-7 and 53568-66-4, among others. It functions primarily as a viscosity controller, film former, and antistatic agent in cosmetic formulations.
