Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate
Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate is a vegetable-based emulsifier derived from methylglucoside, polyglycerol, and stearic acid. Its INCI chemical description is methyl-d-glucopyranoside, ethers with 1,2,3-propanetriol homopolymer, octadecanoates (1:1:2) at a 3 mol glycerol average molar ratio. It functions to help oily and watery phases of a cosmetic formula blend together uniformly. It is noted for compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic oils and active ingredients.
