PEG-14M

PEG-14M is a polyethylene glycol polymer with an average molar ratio of 14,000 mol ethylene oxide units, chemically described as poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), α-hydro-ω-hydroxy- (CAS #25322-68-3). It is a water-soluble synthetic polymer used primarily to adjust and control the texture and consistency of cosmetic formulations. It also functions as a binding and emulsion-stabilising agent, helping to keep formulation components uniformly distributed.
