Glycine
Glycine is a non-essential amino acid and one of the building blocks of skin proteins such as collagen and elastin. The body can produce it naturally, but its production decreases with age. It also serves as a structural component of several well-known peptides, including copper-tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12.
