Cetearyl Glucoside is a sugar-based emulsifier derived from C16-18 alkyl glycosides (d-glucopyranose). It is effective at low concentrations of only 1–1.5% to form stable emulsions. It is particularly well-suited for low viscosity lotions and sprays.
